The insoluble matter may be precipitated under certain conditions (unidentified at present). Statistically, the proportion of this situation is less than 1/1000. For this situation, we would recommend incubating the antibiotics for 10 to 15 minutes after slightly shaking and mixing, and then see if the substance will dissolve.
