G-5 Supplement is a chemically defined, serum-free supplement based on Bernstein's G-5 formulation. It is recommended for the growth and expression of glial cells (normal and tumor) of astrocytic phenotype (astrocytes). G-5 Supplement is provided as a 100 × concentrate and is designed for use with Neurobasal Medium (Cat. No. PM151223). It may also be used with DMEM (Cat. No. PM150210), DMEM/F12 (Cat. No. PM150312), or other basal media.
Matters Need Attention
1. This product is 100 × concentrated solution and dilute it to the desired concentration before use.
2. This product has been filtered and sterilized. Pay attention to aseptic operations to avoid contamination.
3. This product is for research use only, and cannot be used for clinical diagnosis or treatment.
