Dulbecco's Phosphate Buffer (DPBS), with calcium, magnesium, phenol red

Balanced Salt Solution (Physiological Solution) have the properties of buffer solution (regulate pH), normal saline (maintain osmotic pressure) and culture medium (provide nutrition).
