DMEM (Low glucose) Complete Medium (20)

DMEM (Dulbecco's Modified Eagle Medium) was developed on the basis of MEM medium. Compared with MEM medium, the content of amino acid increased by 2 times, the content of vitamin increased by 4 times, and the content of non-essential amino acid, trace iron ion and sodium pyruvate were increased by 4 times. The glucose content of DMEM medium was originally designed as 1000 mg/L (low Glucose type), and then developed into 4500mg/L (high Glucoser type), which has been widely used in cell culture.

1. This product is for research use only.

2. This product is sterilized by 0.1μm filtration.

3. It is necessary to pay attention to the aseptic operation and avoid the contamination during the culture.

4. It is not suitable for long time storage at room temperature.

5. This product is a ready-to-use medium. If there is no special need, don’t add serum, penicillin and streptomycin. It can be used directly.
